The form of heat dissipation of the Heat Sink is mainly in the form of radiation and convection.

Radiant heat transfer: Thermal energy is transmitted in the form of radiation, which can be propagated under vacuum without any medium.

Convective heat transfer: The transfer of heat through air or other media, such as a coal stove to heat the air. The air heats everything in the room, and the convector relies mainly on medium (air) motion to transmit heat.

Radiation radiators, which are traditionally referred to as radiation radiators, refer to radiators in which the radiation radiators occupy a relative share of the total heat dissipation. At present, the most typical type of radiant cast iron radiator, in which only 30% of the heat is transmitted by radiation, and 70% of the heat is convective. Convective heat sinks are based on non-radiative heat transfer (or minimal) heat sinks, such as copper-aluminum composite convection heat sinks.
